Much like a laboratory, you’ll become more familiar with the subtle distinctions of more than 27 different meditations.

  • create a consistent practice
  • connect with others about what you’re experiencing

As you complete this course you’ll have uncovered which practices work for you, developed your meditation practice, and built a greater understanding of the way these tools can be utilized.
